Open Question: Good Mathematics Colleges?

I am looking into what college I should attend next year and have no idea where to start. I am majoring in some form of mathematics and I would like to attend a public college or university that is no larger than division 1AA. I have ties to Iowa, Virginia and Oregon but none of the ties will influence my decision more than any of the others. Any suggestions would be very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks....
